Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Team HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to our field employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment.
Job Location: Indore | Full Time
Salary Range: 1 LPA to 2.5 LPA
Experience: Freshers / 1+ year of exp.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for field employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
* Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for field positions.
* Coordinate training and development programs for field employees.
* Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
* Assist with employee relations issues and investigations as needed.
* Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Freshers or 1+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations.
* Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
