Job role:
We are looking for business analysts for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. A business analyst is responsible for analyzing the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help to identify business problems and proper solutions.
Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office
Salary Range: 2 LPA- 3.6 LPA
Experience: 1+ Year experience
Preferred Qualification: B.Sc. (CS or Technology) or M.Sc.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and upgrade.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication.
- Assisting in the development of functional requirements to improve quality and performance.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernization strategies.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Handle the data, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Fetch the required data from the database.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
- Preferred qualifications include a B.Sc. in Computer Science or Technology or an M.Sc.
- Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience can apply.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Applications including Word and Excel.
- Expertise in MySQL, Python & Power BI.
- Design, develop and deploy reports to support business requirements using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Meta Base.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
