Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Field Work


Experience: 3+ years


Responsibilities:

* Manage the sales function in the allocated cluster.
* Maintain long-term relationships with clients' distributors and dealers.
* Expand and manage the sales network.
* Provide dealers and distributors with information about new or improved products and services.
* Monitor and analyze the market scenario and competitors' activities, including pricing.
* Collect feedback from distributors and dealers.
* Maintain a good relationship with both distributors and dealers.
* Ensure the right product is available at the right place, at the right counter, and at the right time.
* Have a knack for sales.
* Carry out the negotiation process and close sales.

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role in the non-FMCG sector.
* Strong leadership and managerial skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
* Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
* Experience in developing and implementing sales plans.
