Job Role:

We are hiring an HR Manager.

An HR Manager must possess deep business understanding; they must understand the company and its challenges to help address the organization’s talent needs. This role covers the full range of HR like Recruitment, Compliance Management, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Budgeting, Training & Career Development, Employee Retention & maintaining Workplace Culture.

Job Location – Indore | Work From Office

Salary – 4 LPA to 7.2 LPA

Experience – 5+ Years

Responsibilities: What you can expect on a typical day

Should be able to handle both end-to-end Anaxee’s recruitment processes (IT & Non-IT).
Able to hire Domain Expertise.
Work with the leadership team to develop a plan to hire the right people with the skills needed for the job role.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the HR Team including Recruiters & Generalists
Stay updated on labor laws and implement necessary compliance measures.
Able to Control the Cost while Optimising Staffing Level; should be able to calculate ROI.
Should be able to reduce the cost of acquiring employees
Develop & Implement a program that promotes a positive work environment such as team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
Provide Project Management Support for HR Related Initiatives/Concerns.
Able to monitor the performance & provide coaching & mentoring to ensure performance improvement.
Conduct & Organize Recruitment Drive in PAN India.
Develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
Deep Understanding of the Payroll Management.
Ability to understand and manage employee rewards and recognition programs.

Requirements: To Succeed in this Role

You should be tech-savvy with various tools used by Anaxee.
5+ Years of Overall Human Resources Experience
Be a Champion of resource management & review, goal setting, and
resource planning.
Strong Strategy & Analysis Skills to identify issues & provide solutions and recommendations to solve the root cause.
Ability to understand the Context
Ability to handle confidential/sensible information.
Excellent Coaching/Mentoring and Consulting Skills.
Outstanding Communication Skills in English both Verbal & Written.
Ability to understand the business operations.
Track record of successful skill-based hiring.
Proven experience leading teams in the B2B environment.
Proven ability to manage in-house and third-party contract employees
