Responsibilities:
Understanding the procedural logic and performing the duties accordingly
Discuss and explain the errors and quality issues with the team and provide suggestions for improvement.
Working on MS Excel and other tech tools/platforms and analyzing the data, evaluating the actuals with the standards, and taking corrective actions in case of deviation.
Compile and analyze statistical data and prepare MIS/Reports.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant support.
Understand and gain expertise in the working process, guidelines, and parameters of the assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Proven Experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent Analytical & problem-solving skills.
Good MS-Excel Skills, Computer & Internet knowledge.
Accuracy in Data Handling.
Knowledge of database management systems and SQL Queries
Attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving abilities
