Overview

Seeking a proactive Office Administrator with Technician Skills to ensure seamless daily office operations while managing and maintaining all electronic equipment. This role requires hands-on electrical troubleshooting, robust vendor management, and firm support for administrative tasks and errands. The candidate will also contribute to interdepartmental coordination and overall office efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, appliances, and control systems in buildings and facilities.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documents.
  • Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using testing devices and diagnostic tools.
  • Replace faulty parts in motors, generators, circuit breakers, switches, and other electrical components.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure electrical safety and compliance with relevant codes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical materials and repairs.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations to maintain a smooth and productive work environment.
  • Monitor office inventory; maintain stationery and equipment stock levels.
  • Organize office security and access control procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Maintain records related to office activities, purchases, repairs, and vendor agreements.
  • Handle document pickups and deliveries to clients, vendors, and government offices.
  • Perform banking errands such as cheque deposits and cash withdrawals.
  • Operate company vehicles for official errands and transport between locations.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair office electronic devices and appliances.
  • Liaise with vendors for quotations, material delivery, repairs, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and general administrative paperwork.
  • Support HR and other departments to ensure effective interdepartmental coordination.

Requirements
  • Male candidate preferred (for driving and field tasks).
  • Minimum 12th pass (higher education or technical ITI/Polytechnic preferred).
  • Hands-on experience or skills in electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repairs.
  • An ITI or Polytechnic qualification is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Good knowledge of the city and major route navigation.
  • Basic understanding of routine banking procedures.
  • Reliable, punctual, physically fit, and presentable.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for vendor liaison
