About the Internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening resumes and application forms
2. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
3. Onboarding of the employees
4. Conducting timely follow-ups with the candidates
5. Working on talent acquisition
6. Drafting job description
7. Posting the jobs on various job boards

8. Organizing important events of the organization.
9. Creating company policies based on best practices.
10. Remembering employee birthdays and important event dates.

Skill(s) required: English Proficiency (Spoken) (Learn Business Communication) and English Proficiency (Written)
