Job role: 

We are looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to own the full spectrum of human resources for our corporate team in Indore. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, partnering with founders and business heads on people decisions while personally driving recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and engagement. You'll be the go-to HR person in a fast-moving, multi-vertical startup environment.

Education: MBA / PGDM in HR preferred; Graduate (Required)
Experience: 4 yrs & above
Salary : As per candidate's experience and performance. 

 

Responsibilities:

         Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
  • Partner with business leaders to plan workforce requirements.
  • Strengthen employer branding and hiring strategies.

          HR Operations

  • Manage employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and exits.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records.
  • Maintain HRMS and employee documentation.

          Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and support audits.

          Performance Management

  • Manage performance appraisal and goal-setting processes.
  • Support employee development, retention, and training initiatives.

          Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement activities.
  • Foster a positive and productive work culture.

          Strategic HR

  • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Support organizational development, change management, and HR budgeting.

  Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally spanning HRBP, Generalist, or HR Operations roles.
  • Working knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with the full employee lifecycle and performance management.
  • Strong stakeholder management — comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup setting.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel.
