Job Role
As a full-stack developer, you’ll be the brain behind crafting, developing, testing, going live, and maintaining the system. You are passionate about understanding the business context for features built to drive better customer experience and adoption. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Node.js, React, SQL databases, and modern UI frameworks, along with a strong willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.
- Work with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to write and optimize queries.
- Use Redis for caching and performance improvements.
- Write clean, maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and ensuring proper unit and integration testing.
- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and senior developers, and prepare clear documentation (e.g., flowcharts, layouts).
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from analysis through to deployment and post-launch support.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize both frontend and backend performance.
- Work in a Linux-based environment for development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for security, performance, and scalability across both frontend and backend systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of experience (or strong project experience) in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js for frontend development.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS for styling user interfaces.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express.js) for backend development.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, API integrations, and API testing tools like Postman.
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL and/or PostgreSQL).
- Basic knowledge of Redis for caching and performance improvements.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.
- Practical experience using Git for version control in team environments.
- Familiarity with working in Linux environments and basic command-line usage.
Nice to Have (Preferred):
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure
Basic understanding of application deployment and CI/CD concepts
Exposure to Firebase
