Job role:

Walk-in | We are looking for an Operations Executive for back-office work. No travel is involved. The job includes processing address verification cases received from end clients and coordinating with Field Executives spread all over India via our CRM, Emails, and mobile Calls. The ability to communicate properly on the phone is a must. Hands-on experience of working on computers & the Internet is required.

Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office

Salary Range: 1 LPA- 2.5 LPA

Experience: Fresher

Languages Preferred: Hindi and English

Preferred Requirement: Graduate


  • Taking ownership and responsibility for the completion of cases allotted to you
  • Allotment of cases to field executive using CRM, email, phone, mobile app
  • Following up with the Field Executive to get visit done & get reports
  • Updating reports & information collected on the field into CRM
  • Assisting team members with other office work
  • Taking ownership of work assigned to you and delivering before the due date


  • 1+ years of experience in the industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1+ years spent working in back office/operations work
  • Basic Computer skills, MS Office & Internet knowledge
  • Previous experience as an Aadhar operator will be an advantage
