Job role:


The HR Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office


Salary Range:  As per market Standards


Experience: Atleast 1+years


Preferred Qualification: M.B.A. in HR or any other relevant qualification.



Responsibilities:


- Screen applicants, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate assessments to evaluate qualifications.
- Provide candidates with a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure effectiveness.
- The HR recruiter plays a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting & hiring top talent for the organization.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.

Requirements:


- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, human resources, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master's degree.
- Availability to conduct online interviews in late evenings, as necessary, for profiles that require the CEO's involvement during that time.
- 1+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
