We focus on Tier-2, 3 & 4 towns & villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast network of last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.

Stipend Range: 5K-10K
Internship Duration: 03 Months
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Intellectual
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Operation Process Mapping and Bottleneck Identification.
- Identify all the Processes in the organization and prioritize them in order to redesign Urgency.
- Interact with all levels of management and be able to document existing processes, manage and analyze data, and recommend enhanced business processes.
- Identifying Process flaws, looking for Improvement Opportunities, enhancing the quality of service and productivity, and Redesigning Processes (e.g. Lean Improvement, Brainstorming, etc.)
- Lead the analyses of Anaxee’s operations, business processes, and organizational structures using business process reengineering and improvement methods and tools.
- Support implementation activities using change management approaches and interact with staff and senior leadership to accomplish project objectives.
- Work in a team environment and provide business process management expertise to staff engagements and project work streams.
- Foster a process-based culture by performing the following organizational processes: communication, customer relationship management, performance management, performance measurement, knowledge management, people development
- Use feedback systems to enhance business performance and organizational effectiveness and Partner with functional teams to share continuous improvement best practices.
Requirements:
- A clear understanding of business process streamlining methodologies and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, coaching, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as tact and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail and passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to make complex things simple to execute
- Ability to coordinate delivery of work activities
- Ability to identify concerns before they become problems, and to propose solutions to the concerns.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Business Processes Mapping, and Benchmarking.
