Job role:
We are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Manager with a passion for sales.
In Anaxee, most of the business development is B2B sales where we reach out to CXOs of the top 1000 listed companies of India in domains like Retail, Climate, Agriculture, and CSR. Our typical business development involves educating the customer and customizing our service offering based on the customer's context and requirement.
Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting & developing relationships with these potential customers, You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, right from doing a cold call >  setting up first virtual call/ In-person meeting  > Pitching Anaxee’s Innovative Solutions > Sending a formal proposal > Finalizing a Contract > Getting a PO > Finalizing a deal > Transferring the project to the Operations team.


Job Location: Indore | Full Time

Salary Range: 5 LPA – 8 LPA


Responsibilities:


  • Achieve revenue targets

  • Identify Client needs, find new B2B opportunities through research, networking, and outreach with CXO’s of top 1000 companies. 

  • Managing the sales cycle from pre-sales requirements gathering up to making and sharing effective proposals.

  • Expertise in Closing High Ticket Value Sales.

  • Contact Potential Clients via phone, emails & Linkedin

  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing customers to closing the deal

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments


    Qualifications
    Bachelors / Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

    Experience: 5+ Years

    Requirements:

  • Passion for marketing & sales

  • Handling customers escalations

  • Proven experience with client pitching

  • Communicating with the clients including the ability to provide effective company introductions, understand client problems, and provide the right solutions.

  • Proven  experience in creating, negotiating and finalizing a contract 

  • Ability to read customer agreement, understand clauses which are against the company interest, ability to discuss minute aspects of agreement and close it in favour of the company.

  • Understanding of PO and PI 

  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs.

  • Ability to deliver in introductory calls and conversation with potential clients and to incline towards winning new projects.

  • Proven track record of managing and growing complex business relationships at scale. 

  • Hands on Experience with CRM Software, Online tools for effective Sales.

  • Understanding of Sales Performance Metrics

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

  • Proven Work Experience as a Business Development Manager, with team handling experience of 7 executives.

  • Proven experience with engaging email writing 

  • Good Presence of Mind 

  • Ability to understand context during different business scenarios while speaking to clients across our different domains.

  • Knowledge of MS- Excel (Advance) 

  • Experience in using LinkedIn for Business Development

  • Ability to understand the scope of work of the projects/ client needs

  • Willingness to learn, keep a track of Industry updates by keeping an eye on Social Media, reading newsletters, listening to podcast 


Good to have:

  • Presentation making skills 

  • Graphics designing skills

  • Digital Marketing knowledge

  • Ability to comprehent data
